Returns
We do not accept returns on any food products to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following scenarios:
- The product received is damaged or tampered with.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was cancelled before it was shipped.
Once your claim is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
